CODE OF ETHICS.

MS Facilities & Management Ltd assures that our clients will be provided with professional and responsive service of the highest integrity. Employees and representatives of MS Facilities & Management Ltd ascribe to the following Code of Ethics.
  1. We shall perform our professional duties in accordance with the Law.
  2. We shall maintain the highest standards of professionalism, honesty and integrity.
  3. We shall not take personal, financial or any advantage of information gained by virtue of a professional client relationship.
  4. We shall place the interests of clients ahead of our own and shall serve clients with competence at all times.
  5. We shall handle all information concerning the affairs of clients as confidential.
  6. We shall exercise independence of thought and action with regard to clients and potential suppliers and shall, at all times, insure that advice and recommendations are based upon impartial consideration of all pertinent facts and responsible opinions.
  7. We shall neither accept fees or commissions for referring or recommending the services or products of other persons or firms to prospective clients, nor pay fees or commissions to other persons for referring or recommending our services to prospective clients.
  8. We shall not maliciously injure the professional reputation or practice of colleagues, employers or clients.
