Malcolm Stevens established his business in 1990, forming
a limited company in 2000 undertaking Estimating, Quantity Surveying Facilities/Project Management and Procurment for:
- Local Authorities
- N.H.S
- Commercial
- Private Clients
- Building Contractors
- Enterprises
- Corporate
Malcolm has spent
many years in the construction related industries and started at the tender age of fourteen when he began with hands
on training with his father in his contract builders and builder’s merchant businesses.
Building on this start he went on to be Managing Director for a southern UK based construction company, then
as a Facilities/Estate Officer for the NHS and finally drawing on all his experience to form his own company
MS Facilities and Management in 1990.
Since 1990 Malcolm has successfully undertaken work for
private, commercial and government departments notably the N.H.S where his understanding on procedures and specialised knowledge
are of paramount importance, for example infection control.
Investing in computer technology has enabled Malcolm to
provide a comprehensive high quality design service with detailed estimating, with systems which are used by a number of the
larger national companies, this allows Malcolm to bring high quality services at reasonable prices for private clients,
government departments, building contractors (both large and small) and commercial clients.
Most of Malcolm's
work is obtained from repeat business or referrals from previous satisfied clients.
